There is an elevator, which matters to buyers who want every level to stay usable over the long run, and a Jack and Jill bathroom between two of the secondary bedrooms. The remarks mention tons of storage, which I would want to see in person, because storage is one of those things photos never fully show.

The basement is a walkout and it is finished, which adds living space with daylight and direct access to the yard. At about 5,636 square feet, this is a large home for a 1996 build. I would want to walk it with you and look at how each level is used today, but the photos show a home that has been cared for.

Outdoor space and the lot

Outside is where the listing spends a lot of words, and I understand why. There is a 24 X 21 deck built from Brazilian redwood that the remarks describe as painted and sealed. The lot is just shy of an acre, at 0.94 acres, and the backyard is flat, which the listing says is ready for a pool. A flat, usable yard is not a given on every Brentwood lot, so I count it as a real feature. There is also an oversized three car garage.

The listing calls this an unbeatable location, and I will let you judge that against your own daily routes. What I can tell you from the data is that this home sits in the Bain subdivision on nearly an acre with no HOA, which gives an owner more freedom with the yard than many newer communities allow. If a pool is on your list, the flat backyard and no HOA review are two practical points in its favor. I always suggest driving the street at the times you would actually be coming and going before you decide.

I work Brentwood often, and here is how I describe it to people who are new to the area. Brentwood is its own city just south of Nashville, with Interstate 65 running through it, so many buyers I talk with weigh a quick drive into Nashville against more room at home.
