Other updates named in the listing include a newer roof, an encapsulated crawl space, updated hickory hardwood floors, fresh interior paint, and new carpet. There is a three car garage. The remarks also note that the seller is offering up to $20,000 toward buyer closing costs with an acceptable offer. I would want to walk it with you and confirm the details of each update.

Outdoor space and the lot

The listing calls the backyard the showpiece. It says the outdoor space was designed by Peek Pools and features a heated saltwater pool and spa, an outdoor kitchen, travertine hardscaping, Sonos audio, and covered outdoor living with a wood burning fireplace, an outdoor rated TV, and a ceiling fan. The home sits along a ridge line and backs to protected open space with no homes directly behind, which the listing says gives privacy and views. The lot is half an acre.

Why Big Horn Ridge works in Brentwood

Big Horn Ridge is in Elmbrooke. The listing names Crockett Park, The Governors Club, CoolSprings, downtown Nashville, and Nashville International Airport as convenient destinations, and notes that the home is in Williamson County Schools. I do not make claims about school quality, and I always suggest confirming zoning with the district. Backing to protected open space is a feature you cannot add later, so I would walk the back of the lot with you to see it firsthand.

Living in Brentwood, one of Nashville's best suburbs

I work Brentwood often, and here is how I describe it to people who are new to the area. Brentwood is its own city just south of Nashville, with Interstate 65 running through it, so many buyers I talk with weigh a quick drive into Nashville against more room at home. Housing ranges from older ranch and traditional homes on large lots to newer construction in planned communities, so price points and lot sizes vary a great deal from one street to the next. Many neighborhoods have their own amenities, such as a clubhouse, a pool, or walking trails, and those details come from each listing, not from a general rule. I do not tell anyone which street is right for them. What I do is help you compare real homes against real recent sales, so you can decide what matters to you.
