The lot is 1.23 acres. The listing describes two covered patios, a level lawn with room for a pool that the HOA has approved, and privacy from trees. The photos show a covered patio with an outdoor fireplace and seating, looking out to the lawn. A level lawn with pool approval already in place can save time if a pool is part of your plans, though I would confirm the approval details in writing.

Berwyn Court is a quiet cul de sac in Witherspoon. The listing says the community amenities, including a clubhouse, pool, playground, and walking trails, are less than a ten minute walk away. It also mentions a short drive to Crockett Park, the YMCA, the new library, restaurants, shops, and movies. I would confirm HOA dues and rules with the listing agent, since my data does not include them.
